Courier Costs within New Zealand

We charge a flat rate of $6 for courier packing for small items that fit into a shoebox and weigh under 2 kgs. The cost of the courier goes up by $6 for every 2kg amount.  Most orders fall into the $5 courier charge. If delivery is required to a RD address or to an island (ie Waiheke or Great Barrier) the cost is $11 and delivery may take longer as it has to go to two couriers. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Most orders placed Monday to Friday will be shipped within 72hrs of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays will normally be shipped within 96hrs or the next working day. If this is not the case, due to us not having the product ordered or another delay, we will notify you via the email address supplied.

If the goods cannot be delivered because you cannot accept delivery, the incorrect address has been provided, or no one is available to accept the goods, It then becomes the buyer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or personal collection of the goods from their courier depot.

Please note we can not send to a PO Box as couriers will not send to PO Boxes as they cannot get a signature upon delivery.

International Orders & Shipping Policy
Whenever you place an order to be shipped outside New Zealand, your order will be processed the day it is received and shipped within 3 business days via New Zealand Post International. Postage and handling fees will be calculated during checkout. We do not post items overseas with a tracking number as we have found most of our customers would rather not pay for the extra cost. If you require a tracked service then please let us know and we can arrange this for an extra cost.

In some cases we may need to see a photocopy of your credit card for verification purposes. This should be scanned and sent to us via email. If validation is requested, your order will not ship until we receive this.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order if the customer has wrongfully addressed their order. Ie. Has put New Zealand for the courier charge and then addressed it to Australia.

NB: We do not accept responsibility for customs taxes, duties or other fees upon your shipment's arrival in your country.
